03 · PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION INFORMATION

Current requirements govern.

AIGRAP launch-list registration

AIGRAP is currently in development. Joining the launch list is free and registers your interest in receiving updates only. It is not a certification application, does not reserve an examination place, confirm eligibility or guarantee certification. Launch dates and candidate requirements will be communicated when approved; joining the list does not guarantee a launch date or access to a future service.

You may withdraw consent to launch emails at any time by emailing info@polarismicro.institute. Information handling and the 12-month review of inactive registrations are described in our Privacy Policy.

Certification information may include scope, eligibility, Bodies of Knowledge, examination specifications, fees, credential validity, maintenance and renewal requirements, and certification policies. Schemes may evolve as professional practice, technology, regulation and standards change. Candidates are responsible for reviewing the requirements applicable to their certification and examination.

Where website information conflicts with an applicable controlled certification document, the applicable controlled certification requirement should govern, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

Training does not guarantee certification

Participation in partner training, preparation programmes, workshops, bootcamps or independent study does not guarantee examination success, certification, employment, promotion, professional licensing or regulatory approval. Certification is awarded only after the applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Certification decisions

Passing an examination may be essential but does not necessarily constitute the complete certification decision. Polaris retains authority over certification decisions according to applicable schemes and procedures. Training providers, instructors and ATPs do not independently make Polaris certification decisions.

04 · CANDIDATE ACCOUNTS

Account responsibilities.

When candidate accounts become available, users will be responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining current account details, protecting credentials, keeping passwords confidential, preventing unauthorized use and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts must not be shared. Polaris may require identity verification before providing certain certification or examination services.

Pre launch status

Candidate accounts are not currently available through this public website.

05 · EXAMINATION RULES & SECURITY

Confidential assessment instruments.

Candidates must follow applicable examination rules and security requirements. Unless expressly authorized, candidates must not copy questions, photograph or capture content, record sessions, disclose or distribute examination material, request or obtain live questions, use unauthorized assistance or materials, impersonate another candidate, or circumvent proctoring and security controls.

Suspected misconduct may be investigated and may result in action permitted under applicable certification procedures.

Examination preparation materials

Providers, instructors, candidates and others must not represent unauthorized materials as official Polaris or AIGRAP examination questions, exam dumps, leaked content or guaranteed questions. Polaris may act to protect examination integrity and intellectual property.

06 · CREDENTIAL STATUS, NAMES & MARKS

Certification claims must remain accurate.

Credential statuses may include Active, Suspended, Expired and Withdrawn. Credential holders may represent themselves as currently certified only when permitted by applicable requirements and their official status. Where the verification service is available, it should be used to confirm status.

Certification names, abbreviations, certificates, badges, logos and marks may be protected intellectual property. Designations may be used only after award, while authorized, in a manner that accurately represents status and according to mark usage requirements. An individual credential must not be represented as organizational certification.

07 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership and permitted use.

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, certification schemes, Bodies of Knowledge, examination blueprints and questions, training materials, graphics, logos, certificates, digital credential designs, documents and other proprietary materials may be owned by or licensed to Polaris Micro LLC. Public access does not transfer ownership.

Public materials may be used for legitimate personal, professional or informational purposes. Unless permitted, you may not commercially reproduce them, redistribute substantial protected content, modify and present materials as official, create unauthorized training products, remove proprietary notices, or use Polaris branding to suggest authorization or endorsement.

08 · AUTHORIZED TRAINING PARTNERS

Partner authorization has defined limits.

ATPs may use specified Polaris materials and branding only under applicable authorization and agreements. ATP status does not authorize a partner to issue Polaris certifications, modify requirements, set passing standards, control live examination content, make certification decisions or represent itself as Polaris Micro Institute. Authorization may be reviewed, suspended or terminated under applicable requirements.

09 · THIRD PARTY STANDARDS, SERVICES & LINKS

Independent rights and responsibilities.

Polaris content may reference ISO, IEC, NIST, SDAIA, regulators and other professional or industry sources. Unless expressly stated, references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, accreditation or approval. Third party intellectual property remains with its owners.

Polaris may use or link to independent payment, examination, proctoring, credentialing, hosting, communications, analytics or training services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. External links are provided for convenience or information and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

10 · WEBSITE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY & CHANGES

Services and information may evolve.

Polaris seeks reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, security requirements, technical failures, third party interruptions or events outside reasonable control may affect access. Where practical, significant planned interruptions to certification services may be communicated.

Website content, certification programmes, examination information, schedules, services and policies may be updated. Material certification changes should follow applicable governance and change control requirements. Users should review current information before relying on it.

11 · PROFESSIONAL & OUTCOME DISCLAIMERS

Information does not replace professional advice.

Website and educational content is provided for professional learning and general information. It does not constitute individualized legal, regulatory, financial or other regulated professional advice. Individuals and organizations remain responsible for determining the requirements applicable to their circumstances and jurisdiction.

Certification or training does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary increases, business opportunities, government recognition, licensing or regulatory approval. Recognition and value may vary by employer, industry and jurisdiction.

13 · PRIVACY & CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Related terms and future updates.

Use of personal information is described in the Polaris Privacy Policy. Additional privacy information may apply to specific examination, proctoring or third party services.

These Terms may be updated as services, certification activities, technology or legal requirements evolve. The current version is identified by the Last Updated date. Additional notice or acceptance may be required where changes materially affect an existing contractual or certification relationship.
